Self contained annex with own entrance & parking.

Welcome to our self contained one bedroom annex complete with kitchen, shower room & living room. The bedroom & shower room are freshly decorated for 2026. Guests have a separate entrance which is separated by two doors from the main house. You are welcome to use the garden & bar-be-que and sit anywhere. We have a very friendly dog who generally stays away. We don’t charge extra cleaning fees to bump the price up, we just ask that you leave the annex tidy. Cot bed available to hire for £15

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Located in the beautiful Teme Valley, you'll be perfectly placed to explore the stunning countryside. Very private with a cosy log burner, fire pit area and state of the art hot tub as well as a stunning bath to soak all your stresses away in. Relax in the reclining sofa to a movie on Netflix thanks to Sky TV with super fast broadband. A fully equipped kitchen including a dishwasher and bi fold doors straight onto the decking for the warmer days.

Tom's Hut

Get away from it all in a cosy shepherd’s hut amongst trees in a beautiful rural location. Tom's Hut has a comfortable double bed, storage below and a compact kitchen unit with double gas hob, sink and fridge, pots, pans crockery and cutlery. Keep warm with a wood-burner and ready supply of wood, or underfloor heating. Outside, there is a table for al-fresco dining. A newly built, heated, shower room is close by along a short path adjacent to the hut. Just 3 miles from Newent and various pubs.

It’s peaceful and quiet location is nestled on the side of the Malvern Hills within just a few minutes walk you can get to a quaint pub, a friendly cafe/shop and many footpaths taking you directly onto the Hills.

The village has 2 pubs and a village shop and is perfectly situated for easy access to Cheltenham Festivals, Upton-upon-Severn and the Cotswolds. Wonderful walks directly from the cottage. Our idyllic cottage is set on the edge of Minchinhampton Common (located in an AONB) and with miles of footpaths which are perfect for those wishing to explore the Cotswolds. This beautiful cottage exudes an aura of peace and tranquillity and a haven for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of a busy life.
