Cobbler’s Cottage is the perfect place to stay for a relaxing break whilst exploring the Lake District and all that Cumbria has to offer. This modern, comfortable and well equipped one bedroom cottage has free parking and is located close to the M6. It is in an ideal location with some of the Lake’s most iconic places such as Ullswater, Helvellyn and Blencathra only a short drive away. Greystoke has a shop/post office, outdoor pool and the excellent Boot and Shoe pub is around the corner.

The Bothy is a small snug barn conversion adjoining our home close to Ullswater The living accommodation on the ground floor is open plan and has green electric heating and a wood burning stove in a sandstone inglenook, a wooden staircase leads to a bedroom with ensuite facilities. Bilberry Cottage

Bilberry Cottage is a beautifully situated and recently renovated spacious 2 double bedroomed, 2 bathroomed cottage with a garden and parking for two vehicles, accessible only 5 minutes from the A66 and M6. Situated on a quiet lane overlooked by Blencathra, it is a walkers paradise and a short drive from the Lake District National Park. The pretty village of Greystoke is a short walk and offers a traditional country pub, swimming pool, village hall, post office, and a Norman church.

A lovely space for up to two people to enjoy, relax and make the most of the Lake District. With lovely views over to Blencathra, this 1 bedroom apartment is conveniently situated on the very edge of the National Park. 10 minutes drive to Lake Ullswater (great for open water swimming and SUP boarding), 7 miles to the M6 motorway and equidistant between Penrith and Keswick. Surrounded by fields and the view of the fells, this is a place to slow down, but also to have adventure!

Easy to reach whether you are travelling North or South, Gibson Cottage is located just two miles from J40 on the M6 and the market town of Penrith, which is serviced by a main line train station. The Cottage is set off the beaten track where you will have the chance to enjoy some peace and quiet and relax!

A spacious and beautifully converted cottage set within the grand surroundings of an old folly dating back to the 1700s. It is a peaceful, rural setting in striking distance of the Lake District, the Eden Valley and the Yorkshire Dales. The cottage is less than 1 mile from the delightful village of Greystoke and about a 10 min drive from the M6/A66/A6. The cottage is great for families, couples, solo or business travellers. Pets are very welcome.

The village has a pub & a small shop. A 5 minute drive from the historic market town of Penrith which has a selection of supermarkets, cafes, restaurants & amenities. Easy access to the A66 for Keswick. Very convenient to get to from the M6 motorway (junction 41).

Sharp Edge, Lake District, Dog Friendly

Sharp Edge (sleeps 2) is a luxury first floor apartment with stunning views over the surrounding fells from every room. You can even lie in the bath and savour the delights of Sharp Edge on Blencathra. Furnished to a high standard, the apartment sleeps two people in an en-suite room. There is a comfortable living room with dining area and fully equipped kitchen. All linen and towels (one bath towel and one hand towel per person) are provided.
