Chic surf and yoga villa 2 minute walk to beach

After years of being an Airbnb guest in Nosara we found the perfect spot. Our house is located as close as you can get to beach while also being close to restaurants (but not too close where you get tourist congestion and noise). Everything in this house revolves around the oversized pool. You will be plunging in and out all day and have dinner beside its shimmering lights. The house is modern, clean and safe (gated and monitored by security). Everything you need for the perfect, easy stay!

Private beach apartment in Playa Guiones. Perfect location - the beach is 3 min walk. Restaurants, surf shops, Gilded Iguana surf club 2 min walk, mini market, bike, ATV rentals within 5 min walk - you will be in the heart of Guiones. Simple & clean apartment with everything you need. You will have discounts on restaurants, spa, yoga classes via Surf Shack. Noise: as the location is central you might experience some noise from the street during the day, hotel nearby has DJ music on Saturdays.

In a very sought after location in Playa Guiones, Villas Costa Bella is only a 3-minute walk to the beach and an easy stroll to a variety of restaurants. This Studio comes with king-bed, private bathroom and patio. The kitchenette is equipped with a mini-fridge, coffee-maker, blender, toaster, hotplate and air fryer, perfect for preparation of a light meal and snacks. There is a shared BBQ in the Rancho. The private patio has 2 chairs and small table that faces the pool area and rancho.
