Craigiehall Temple (historic property built 1759)

Make you trip to Edinburgh truly memorable with a stay at Craigiehall Temple. Built in 1759 and situated in its own grounds on a former part of the Craigiehall Estate, it's Grade A listed for its stunning portico displaying the arms of the 1st Marquess of Annandale. A plaque on the wall carries a quote from Horace: "Dum Iicet in rebus jucundis vive beatus", "Live happy while you can among joyful things". We hope that a stay at the Temple will deliver this experience and stay true to this vision.

Cosy pubs and restaurants, wonderful walking, castles, whisky distilleries, quaint villages... Come back to a real log fire and enjoy the big traditional farmhouse kitchen. The Anchorage, Arrochar, was built circa 1913 and has been newly upgraded in December 2019 giving the cottage a luxurious interior with gas central heating and beautiful wood burning stove. Two ensuites and a beautiful bathroom provides guests with plenty of room whilst the large garden with pizza oven and BBQ has amazing views where guests can relax on the decking or seek shade in the lean to. Everyone can use the fire pit, games room or play area to keep occupied or use the Kayaks provided.

This stunning lodge at is on the eastern shores of Loch Lomond at the foot of Ben Lomond. The lodge looks right out towards Loch Lomond with amazing views over the surrounding mountains. There is plenty to do on and around the loch including hill walking, mountain climbing, water sports, fishing, cycling and just general sight seeing. There are no shops at Rowardennan so be sure to be organised with supplies. Asda,Sainsury’s, Morrisons, Tesco etc all deliver there. EV charger available.

Set amidst beautifully Japanese gardens, it has modern amenities having been completed in May 2022. The guest house is ideally located in Central Scotland with motorway access to all areas North, South, East and West, 5 minutes drive from the location. The railway station at Falkirk High with a journey time of 20 minutes to both Glasgow and Edinburgh is a 10 minute drive.

The Great Hall, Dollarbeg Castle

This 2 bedroom apartment is the beautifully converted former Great Hall of Dollarbeg Castle. Built in 1890, Dollarbeg Castle was the last gothic baronial style building of its type ever built. Beautifully restored in 2007 to the very highest standards, it was converted into 10 luxury properties, one of which is a conversion of the original "Great Hall" with its vaulted ceiling and majestic views across the formal grounds towards the Ochil Hills in the distance.
