Surrounded by the University of Hamburg and the Hamburg Fair ground, the room I offer is a loving and attention to detail furnished guest room for 2 people with breakfast room and hallway, private entrance door into elaborately renovated old building (3m to the ceiling with stucco), old wooden floor and shared bathroom (Shower and bath). I’m an artist and designer, and have been welcoming guests from around the world for years now. I was born and raised in Hamburg, so I am no “Quiddje” (a newcomer) as they say in Hamburg and happy about giving insider tips which you cannot find in any travel guide. A rich and varied breakfast is included in the price (vegetarian breakfast can also be arranged). The accommodation is perfectly connected to bus and subway lines and to Dammtor / Central Station it is only a few stops on the bus route 4/5. The room is very sunny, furnished with unique design pieces and contemporary art. The house, which was built in 1897 , is located in a quiet and green backyard of one of the liveliest, great neighborhoods of Hamburg. Attractive neighborhoods (Schanzenpark, Schanzenviertel, St. Pauli, Eimsbüttel, Eppendorf, Fairgrounds / TV Tower, Townhall Hamburg, Karolinenviertel, downtown, Alster, the harbor) are within walking distance, or a short time by bus or train. If you want to discover the neighborhood by bike you can rent one of ours for free. The Grindel quarter (Grindelviertel) in Rotherbaum is a well-established neighborhood, dominated by young, student environment, with its cozy pubs, cafes and restaurants for every taste. Besides the first and oldest cinema of the republic, the Abaton cinema you can find many cultural attractions and shopping around the campus. Non-smokers: relaxation in the Southeast of HH! I offer a cozy work or holiday apartment (60sqm, ground floor), incl. breakfast (starter pack) for short stays. Own entrance, terrace, garden, car park in the forecourt. Location in a quiet cul-de-sac in Wentorf. From here you can quickly get to Bergedorf (15'), Hamburg-City (30'), Lauenburg, Ratzeburg or Lüneburg (40' each). Good public transport connections via 2 bus stops within walking distance (5') and the local train (S21) in Reinbek (3 km).

Our place feels like in the countryside but is actually in the middle of the city. you reach hamburg downtown in 25minutes with bus and train. public transport is going non-stop every 5 to 10 minutes. In our Idyll the city feels far away. From the Terrace you see nothing but the garden and wilderness. In the 18m² large room it is wonderfully peacefull to sleep. A large kitchen, Laundryroom, 50m² common room, fire bowl, and bicycles will make your stay a perfect Holiday.

Designer Apartment in St. Pauli

Sit back and relax in this quiet, stylish accommodation in the middle of St. Pauli. As a design lover, you will feel particularly comfortable here and live very centrally in downtown Hamburg. Get to know Hamburg's colorful and diverse district best from here. It's only a 5-minute walk from the apartment to the Elbe - the fish market takes place there every Sunday morning. The trendy Schanzenviertel with bars and restaurants is also right around the corner.

Eine ideale Option für alle, die urbanes Leben im Herzen Hamburgs genießen möchten – ob Studierende, Berufstätige oder Kreative.

In meiner 80 qm großen Wohnung vermiete ich zwei Zimmer mit eigenem Balkon und Vollbad. Ein ca. 16qm Zimmer mit Kingsize-Doppelbett (180x200) und ein ca. 13qm Zimmer mit Einzelbett (80x200). Ein kleiner Kühlschrank mit Getränken, Frühstückssnack, eine Senseo Kaffeemaschine und ein Wasserkocher stehen den Gästen zur Verfügung. ÖV`s befinden sich in ca. 180m Entfernung. Reeperbahn u. Fischmarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar.

Lay back and relax in this quiet B&B for females close to the river Elbe. Your hostess will be happy to answer your questions about the neighbourhood. She will prepare a small breakfast for you on request (from 9.00 am). Alternatively, you can use the kitchen to prepare your own breakfast. I have been a hostess for 12 years, just took a long break. Es ist echt nett hier. Erholt Euch bei uns zuhause von der Großstadt - in unserem gemütlichen Schwedenhaus mit gesundem Wohnklima und Garten. Ruhige Lage am Stadtrand - mit super U-Bahn-Anbindung an die Innenstadt. Ruhige Sackgassen-Endlage. Für 2 Personen plus max. 1 (auch größeres) Kind. EINS! Bitte NICHT ZU VIERT buchen! Sonniges, ruhiges Zimmer. 10 Min. zu Fuß nach Ottensen. Ganz nah: 4 Buslinien. Seit April 2022 Anwohnerpark-Zone. Ich kann Besucher-Parkscheine für 4 € tägl. aussstellen. Du hast ein eigenes Duschbad. Morgens gibt´s ein kleines Frühstück. Aber: Die Küche ist mein privates Reich. Keine Langzeit-Buchungen und laute Gäste.
