Sofa in the front room folds out into a full-size bed, and an pull out sleeper chair in the bedroom expands to a single bed. 4th floor. No elevator. Non-smoking unit, no pets.

Included with your rental are bed linens, bath towels, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler and umbrella. The owners occupy this property and are easily available. Bring your flip flops, sunscreen and get ready to enjoy the sun and sand. Please note that there are cameras in the parking lot, lobby, and hallways leading to the condo. No cable, a smart TV.
