Welcome to OAH-1870, the oldest surviving house in Ålesund’s city center – a charming cultural treasure built in 1870. This unique home withstood the devastating fire of 1904, preserving not only its original character but also a true piece of local history. A whole island for yourself with a cute cabin for two people with the basic necessities and direct access to the Atlantic Ocean. You can catch fish, spot eagles and sea-otters, watch the endless sunset and be directly in nature undisturbed by the modern world. A small rowing boat is included. Nyt den fantastiske utsikten fra dette idylliske stabburet lokalisert på Valderøya utenfor Ålesund. Stabburet er over hundre år gammelt, men er blitt renovert i flere runder. OBS! Stabburet har strøm, men ikke innlagt vann eller toalett. Gjester kan bruke dusj og toalett i hovedhuset som ligger 30 m unna. Badet i hovedhuset benyttes kun av dere gjester og tilgang til resten av hovedhuset er avstengt. Det er 5 liter vann tilgjengelig i kjøleskapet. Velkommen til et autentisk Airbnb opphold ❤️

Fugleøya Runde - koselig eldre gardshus

Huset ligger ytterst i Goksøyra med lett tilgang til fjell og fjære. Kun 30 min. å gå til Fuglefjellet. Det er nylig forsiktig pusset opp innnvendig. Badet er helt nytt. Det er lagt ut med 6 soveplasser, men passer kanskje best for 4 personer(2 dobbeltrom). Det tredje soverommet har 2 enkeltsenger. Skjermet uteplass og egen hage. Det tar 25 min å kjøre til kommunesenteret Fosnavåg. Huset har en egen instagramkonto: olastova_pa_runde Der blir det lagt ut bilder fa huset, hagen og øya.

Man kan oppleve Nordlys av og til på natten mellom September og mars. Forskjellige stikk-ut turer og diverse aktiviteter nær området.

Liten sandstrand og felles grill/uteområde i nærheten. 400m til Sæbø sentrum med dagligvarebutikker, nisjebutikker, hotell og campingplass. Motorbåt kan leies mot ekstra kostnad, flytebrygge 50m fra huset. Gi gjerne beskjed før ankomst om båtleie er aktuelt.
