Welcome to our Annex. Located down a restricted road it is both very safe and quiet. You will find the accommodation tastefully decorated with a comfortable bed, modern shower room and general work/dining area. The living area opens out through patio doors onto our shared garden. Ideally located for all transport links i.e. M3, A3, Main line trains to London and close to Heathrow (25 mins) and Gatwick (45mins). There is a hourly direct bus service to Heathrow (730/731 ) with the stop 200m away.

This small private place, ideally situated close to the village with a number of restaurants , pubs & eateries. Stanlake Vineyard is a 20 minute walk (or 3 minute drive) away. Twyford station is 2 minute walk with fast access to London, Henley, Windsor, Ascot, Reading, Oxford & more. Dedicated parking space & private access to a double bedroom (standard 4’6” bed) and en-suite shower room. No smoking, vaping or pets allowed. Due to the close proximity to Twyford station there may be some noise

The Cabin, Henley on Thames is a gorgeous space for you to enjoy your holiday. Surrounded by nature, guests have the pleasure of pheasants, deers, foxes and Red Kites. Located in the back garden of our house you can walk straight into fields and the beautiful Chiltern hills. Its only a 5 minute drive/ 15 minute walk from the centre of the historic town of Henley on Thames. Newly built it features underfloor heating, and brand new designer fittings. Access via woodland path or garden stairs.

Peaceful, secluded Walnut Tree cabin, beautiful Thames Valley. Easy parking, good train network, secure garden, dogs welcome. Living space, kingsize bed, sofa, desk, kitchen and steam spa shower. Ruscombe is a quiet village, Twyford 5 min, 15 min Henley, Marlow, Reading, Maidenhead, 20 min Windsor and Ascot, 30 min Heathrow, 1 hour to London and Oxford, plenty to explore! We have great walks, cycling, lovely pubs, restaurants, a cocktail bar, vineyard and the award winning Nirvana Spa.

Completely separate self-contained studio flat

Self-contained double room with en-suite shower room and kitchen area. Private access and parking. Completely private stand-alone studio but part of our home. Suitable for professional person/couple for short let periods. Ideal Monday-Friday but good for weekends to visit local area too. Free wi-fi, TV. A car is essential. Located in White Waltham village just outside Maidenhead. Easy access to Junction 8/9 of M4 and Maidenhead station. Also handy for Windsor, Henley, Ascot, Reading

A lovely indendant apartment at the bottom of our garden secluded by trees . the apartment has a nice outside area with patio table and chairs . Inside there is a large open plan kitchen , dinner, lounge with a sofa bed and a well equipped kitchen with double oven , fridge freezer , dishwhaser , whashing machine microwave , toaster, kettle and much more . theres a large smart tv and wifi , dinning table . bedroom with king size bed and built-in wardrobe . bathroom with walk-in shower .

The Garden Cabin

Newly refurbish to a very high standard. The cabin is modern, light and airy and very peaceful. Accessed via a private pathway you enter your enclosed garden area, secure for dogs, with lawn, good sized decking with patio furniture. Based in the heart of the beautiful village of Waltham St Lawrence, The Cabin is a stones throw from the village pub and church. You are spoilt for choice for local walks and bike rides. Well worth a visit to this idyllic part of the country.

Cosy annexe by shops/parking 19 min walk to Henley

The Hoppy Annexe is a self-contained space, set in a little garden on a peaceful road with free parking, a 15-20 minute walk down the hill to Henley town centre. It is suitable for either a single person or a couple - there's a standard sized double bed, ensuite bathroom with shower and a small kitchenette. Beautiful countryside walking routes are just a minutes away and Henley town centre, with its shops, cafes, restaurants and river front is within easy reach.

Handy base to explore Berkshire+

Enjoy easy access to all of Berkshire's attractions from a centrally located self contained basement suite. Local station is Twyford around 1.5 miles away. Fast train to London Paddington in only 35 minutes, new Elizabeth line gives access easily to all of central London too. Also trains to Reading, Bath, Bristol, Oxford, Henley, Windsor. Great location for Windsor castle, The Chilterns, Legoland, Henley (& its regatta), Home Counties, Bath, Bristol to name a few.

The cabin is a fun and light filled space, perfect for families or couples. It boasts its own private patio, which leads to a secluded secret garden with an outdoor roll top bath! Inside there is a pool table and Sky TV. It is in the garden of a family home, situated half a mile from Twyford station, allowing easy access to Henley-on-Thames and London via the Elizabeth line. The cabin is accessed through a secure, key coded gate around the side of the main house.

Parking on a drive. Smart TV. We don't have a Kitchen but there is a Fridge, Kettle, Toaster and Tea & Coffee, and Milk & Juice are provided. We offer boat trips for an extra fee. Train links to Henley, Reading & London. 5 mins to River Thames
