This listing is part of a private home and we live upstairs. Please be respectful as we are happy to share our home with you. Although the listing says 3 guests it would be more suitable for a family of 3 than 3 adults. Only one parking space is provided. You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay plus its very private no one will even know where you are it's a little hideaway, Real secrets are kept here stay here and never leaves. this place is steamed after every visit and clean from top to bottom unlike some hotels that Rush just to get the other guest in. It's always been two guest but as of lately most people want to bring an extra person so I add three however if booking for 3 the 3rd person have to take the couch.

It's also near many colleges such as Haverford College, Bryn Mawr College, Villanova University, and more. It's near the center city of Philadelphia and the King of Prussia mall. The most important thing is the security around the neighborhood.

No parking fee, as this location comes with a driveway that can fit up to 4 cars! We’re a 25 min drive from most Philly social hubs, and 15 mins from Philly international airport. Early check-in/ late check-out, available upon request. It’s 25$ for 1 hour, and $20 per hour for anything more.
