We are also 1.5 miles from Greers Ferry Lake. Hiking, hunting, Atv riding, all close. Little Red river short drive, best trout fishing. You can hunt on the property.

Located directly on winkley shoals, you can walk right into the water to fish or just dip your feet into the water! If you would rather sit on one of the 2 decks and listen to the water rush over the rocks and bird watch, it’s all possible! You are welcome to explore my 60 acres , including a stocked pond and a great view of sugar loaf mountain. Experience the whole place all to yourself.

It is centrally located to everything in Heber Springs, including only 1.5 miles from lake access. Will you be showing up after dark? That's okay, this house lights up every night!
