La casa es muy bonita y en una zona muy tranquila, está totalmente equipada. Tiene piscina, barbacoa, terraza y velador con muebles de jardín. Está ubicada en el Parque Natural del Garraf y a 8 km. de las magníficas playas de Sitges. Comprometidos con el medio ambiente, la vivienda incorpora a sus servicios una instalación fotovoltaica, recogiendo energía del Sol pero teniendo acceso a la red eléctrica convencional cuando la energía solar no es accesible(durante las noches y los días de lluvia)

Finamente decorado, la mejor calidad en electrodomesticos, TV ULTRAMODERNO, mejor Ubicacion, cerca del mar, estacion de bus, estacion de tren. Imnumerables bares, restaurantes, grandes supermercados, farmacias y todo lo necesario para disfrutar unas excelentes vacaciones. No es necesario el automovil, pero de todos modos hay explanada, tambien parking de pago y disponemos de parking (gratuito),techado en cercanias. Plaza de 13 M2, mide 5x2,60, para coches pequeño + moto o bicicletas.

Lugares de interés:Platja d'Aro su maravillosa playa y calas dignas de las mejores puestas de sol.Centro urbano con multitud de opciones de ocio y diversión ideal parejas o familias, actividades lúdicas todo el año, transporte público , el aeropuerto está en Girona a 20 min .Parque con lago enfrente d la casa. Te va a encantar mi lugar debido a la ubicación:agradables exteriores, jardín,tumbonas chill-out...ideal relax y ocio. Un lugar diferente.
