This is a historic building in a quaint downtown, close to restaurants and dining, art and culture, great views, and family-friendly activities. You’ll love this Loft because of the high ceilings, Large windows, the comfy beds, the designer appointments and so much more. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families (with kids), and big groups. I would recommend the Local restaurants, Uptown Grill, Pink Chihuahua, Social Kitchen, Bartley's Supper Club and Locke 16.

We're 15 minutes from Allerton Park & Retreat Center, 25 minutes to Champaign and 30 minutes from Decatur. The Flat

A historic mid-1800’s building on the Petersburg Square! Guests will enjoy the entire apartment-loft which includes private Queen bedroom and private bath. The main living area features a full kitchen, dishwasher, 1/2 bath and washer & dryer. Accommodates up to six guests (airbeds, sofa bed pull out). Smoking of any kind (including cigarettes, cigars, vaping, or marijuana) is not permitted inside the space. Failure to follow this policy may result in additional cleaning fees.

The Courthouse Loft resides in the historic courthouse used in the mid 1900s on the second floor of The City House. The original railing and gate of courtroom divides the 825 soft studio style layout. Loft has a separated bath and laundry and a patio with hot tub!
