Korter asub kaunis tartu ülejõe piirkonnas uuselurajoonis eemal linnakärast aga samas piisavalt lähedal. Korter on väga hubane ja seal on olemas kõik eluks vajalik. Mugavust lisab suur rõdu mööbliga ja eraldi privaatne sissepääs. Emajõe lähim koht on kõigest 15 min jalutuskäigu kaugusel. Kogu jõe ümbruses on looduskauneid vaateid ja mitmeid ujumiskohti. Lisaks emajõele asub korteri läheduses ERM ja tagurpidi maja. Kaunis raekoda ja kesklinn kõigest 10 min autosõidu kaugusel.

Siin on sul võimalus veeta oma päev looduses, nautida sauna soojust, teha lõket ning siis sütel grillida, istuda terrassil ja kuulata linnulaulu. The house is located in and incredibly beautiful place, in the middle of the forests, next to a private pond and Võhandu river. Everything you see on the photos (inc. the hot-tub, the sauna, gas grill, paddle boards) is for you to use and included in the price.

The apartment has living area with fireplace and kitchen corner, 1 bedroom and bathroom with shower and small sauna. The apartment is on the first floor and has private entrance. In the kitchen you will find a cooker, a small fridge, basic cooking equipment and tableware.

There is no overnight accommodation in winter, only a sauna. After sauna you can cool down in river. Sauna up to eight person. I also rent canoes 30 € per day. There is a gas stove for cooking and 12V and 230V electricity from battery station (1100hW).
