Set in St Columb Road with easy access to the A30 and A39, it is the perfect base to explore the Eden Project, Lost Gardens of Heligan or the beaches of Mawgan Porth and Watergate Bay. An Indian restaurant, Chinese takeaway, fish & chip shop & a small supermarket are all nearby. Buses to various places and a train station to Newquay are within walking distance. Outside, private off road parking.

Visit The Eden Project or The Lost Gardens of Heligan. Go dolphin and seal spotting with Newquay Sea Safaris. Plus, the charming neighbouring towns of Padstow, Fowey, Charlestown, and Perranporth make for fantastic day trips!

"The Lodge" is a wood built studio flat in the village of Fraddon in mid Cornwall, 5 mins from the main trunk road (A30), Fraddon is surrounded by the towns of Newquay, St Austell, Bodmin and the city of Truro, locally there is a good pub in walking distance, there are many takeaways within walking distance, a retail park is a 5 minute drive away where there is a Pub/Mcdonalds, M&S and more, close by is a lovely nature trail locally across the moors if you like a good walk or cycle.

Our timber studio is perfect for those looking for a base whilst exploring Cornwall. It’s situated at the bottom of our garden with beautiful rural views yet only a 10min drive from the stunning North Cornish coast and 2mins off the A30. The studio has a fully fitted kitchen with fridge and gas hob, king sized bed and shower room. It has its own central heating so is lovely and snug even in winter! Guests can sit outside on the patio and enjoy the beautiful sunsets. Dogs considered.

Little Halloon Cottage is based in Mid Cornwall and is easily accessible just off the A30 at Indian Queens. 7.5 miles to Newquay, a ten minute drive to the famous Fistral beach. 15 miles to Truro, 12.2 miles to Padstow, 14 miles to Lanhydrock National Trust property,25 minute drive to the Eden project. Indian Queens has good bus links to towns such as Truro,Newquay, Wadebridge, and is the perfect base for exploring Cornwall. Newquay airport is a 15 minute drive.
