Cottage in the countryside with its own pool

Welcome to our modern tiny cabin in Tungelsta – just 30 minutes from Stockholm. Here, you'll stay next to the forest, with easy access to the Sörmlandsleden trail and beautiful hiking paths. Enjoy a wood-fired sauna or a warm soak in the hot tub – both available all year round. During summer (May–Sept), you’ll also have access to a heated pool, kept at around 30°C. It is all private and not shared with others. A cozy holiday retreat for couples, small families or friends – in any season.

Built in 1968 and surrounded by the ocean, forest, nature and good neighbors. The decor is calm, light gray with wood design furniture. In the garage that is connected to the main building there are some gym things and a washing machine . At the front of the house is a large terrace and with the possibility for barbecue, furniture and hammock. The house has 2 double beds. On the hill there is a wood-burning sauna. Dogs are welcome and there is a fence all way around so they can run free.

The studio includes a 140 cm wide bed, private bathroom, fully equipped kitchenette, and dining area for two. Bed linen, towels, and kitchenware are provided. Gäststugan på 45 km2 , 1 rum & kök, ligger på Djurö (Djurhamn) i Stockholms Skärgård ca 4, 5 mil från Slussen, Stockholm, buss 434 (ca 1 h färd). Huset ligger 1 km från ICA och de 3 badstränder som finns i närheten. kök, vattentoalett, tvättmaskin, kyl/frys, TV 52 tum, App TV, Wifi, egen altan med parasoll. Parkering vid garaget. Soffan fälls ner till en 120 cm säng, extra massa finns Självincheckning sker via en "kodbox" där nyckeln finns, se bilder, kod kommer vid bokning.

Perfekt hus (15m2) på sjötomt för dig som jobbar, studerar i Stockholm city eller norr om stan, älskar natur, lugn och skärgårdsliv. Huset ligger på den bilfria ön Tranholmen i Danderyd, en ö med bro nu (from 1 november-15 april) och SL-färja (8 min) ToR tunnelbanan "Ropsten". Huset ligger nära stan, universitetet, KTH, Karolinska, Kista, Solna, Sundbyberg, Täby, Lidingö. Ön är 3 km i omkrets, har 200 hushåll, 400 invånare. Roddbåt finns att låna för att ro övers sundet

Välkommen till vår charmiga gäststuga på 33 kvm med havsglimt, mitt i naturen och med badrocksavstånd till havet. Koppla av på den stora altanen, njut av promenader längs vattnet, bad från bryggan eller den grunda stranden. Stugan är nyrenoverad, fullt utrustad och bäddad och klar vid ankomst. Bastu och spabad med havsutsikt finns mot tillägg. Cyklar finns att låna och restaurang Skeppskatten ligger nära. 160-säng + extrabädd för barn.
