In addition to the reserved parking space in the main driveway, there is also free parking on the street in front of the main house. ~1 mile from two MARTA stations - Candler Park and Inman Park stations. The carriage house is directly behind the main house and has 1223A just to the left of the carriage house door. There is plenty of outdoor lighting and security cameras.

PLEASE NOTE BEFORE BOOKING: This is a cozy Cottage, less than 600 sq ft, equivalent to the size of a 2 car garage. 4 people is the max capacity and it is ideal for 2 adults. I am sorry I cannot permit service dogs. I have a family member with a life-threatening allergy to dogs/cats and stays here when they visit me. Beautiful 1930's southern home in great Atlanta location (Edgewood neighborhood) offers a charming, rocking chair front porch and, at the back of this one-bedroom unit, a large back porch is also covered. Parking is off-street at the back of the house, although extra free parking is available on the street. Pets are welcome- just tell us they're coming!
