We are a working arable farm, with some sheep over the surrounding hills, we are lucky to have views over to Ivinghoe Beacon on one side, and Aylesbury Vale on the other. Set in a peaceful rural setting with beautiful views of Dunstable Downs, yet within easy reach of London (40 mins), Luton Airport (25mins), Milton Keynes (35mins) Whipsnade Safari Park (5 mins) and Harry Potter World 35 mins. There are countryside walks from our gate and we are in a secure gated, quiet location. The local pub is a 10 minute walk away by public footpath. There are local mini supermarkets 2 mins drive and Dunstable shops (10mins drive). (Well behaved dogs by arrangement.)

Bull pen is a three bedroom property with two shower rooms and a family bathroom. The kitchen is equipped with cooker, microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. The lounge has two large sofas and a television with Freeview. Upstairs the master bedroom has a king-size bed (which can be converted to a pair of twins), and en-suite shower room. There are two further twin bedrooms (which can both be converted to king-size) and a family bathroom with bath and shower.
