We call this our Cabin but it is a small home with 110m2 living area & 47m2 of outdoor undercover living. 13 minutes from Mansfield & ideally located to explore the High Country.

Our 3 bedroom plus studio (4th bedroom available on request) is nestled high in the ferns with daily visits from cockatoos, king parrots, rosellas, kookaburras and more. Wifi, TV with streaming services, and everything families with kids and teens could want. A fully equipped kitchen plus BBQ for hosting. You’ll feel a million miles away, yet just a 1.2km walk to the shops. Grab an e‑bike, explore the trails, walk the falls and enjoy local cafes.

Riverfront + Kayaks, Hot Tub, Sauna + Fire pit

In summer, float down the river in a blow-up tube and on cool nights put your feet up by the wood fire or have a sauna by the river. THIS IS A 2 BEDROOM house which sleeps 6ppl (Entire home). An EXTRA 4 ppl can be accommodated externally to the main house. The A frame hut sleeps two (unheated). An additional 2pp riverside bungalow room with french doors and it’s own deck by the river. Book for 8 people to unlock all rooms. No pets, no parties or camping. Quite after 12am.

This home is situated in close proximity to Eildon. The floor to ceiling windows and large deck offer majestic views of the Lake and the surrounding mountains. The house is a perfect set up for a large family or group. The home has six bedrooms, with eight beds spread over two levels with three upstairs and three downstairs. Each level is seperate to the other. Each level has its own fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher and numerous cooking utensils and equipment.

This two bedroom cottage is well equipped and perfect for all seasons; including a fireplace and air-conditioning. The extensive deck overlooks the water and provides an elevated outdoor area for relaxing, cooking or daydreaming. The cottage is located on a quiet, exclusive crescent away from crowded areas, with a boat ramp and safe swimming area close by.

Situated 45 minutes from the ski slopes of Mt Buller and Mt Stirling guests can easily take day trips to the snow.
