We are happy to welcome you to our newly renovated apartment in the suburbs of Rijeka, with a large private free parking, only 4 km from the city center and the coast. We are located near the exit from the highway so you will reach the beaches, Opatija or Krk very quickly. This comfortable and clean studio apartment is suitable for a couple with or without children or business travelers, we can also accommodate a third and fourth person on a sofa bed and a fifth on a extra bed in the apartment.

Plaže su udaljene 5 minuta hoda. Studio apartman (25 m2) je novo uređen i sastoji se od: sobe, kuhinje i kupaonice. U apartmanu postoji mogućnost korištenja perilice suđa i perilice rublja. K hiši dozidan apartma oziroma počitniška hišica, ki smo jo poimenovali "BEe in foREST", se nahaja na koncu vasi Klenik pri Pivki na obrobju Nature 2000, v naročju narave, s katero smo tesno povezani. Narejena je iz pretežno naravnih materialov. Pritličje hišice je skupaj s kopalnico dostopno in prilagojeno za invalide. Iz pritličja se po lesenem stopnišču povzpneš v mansardni del, ki poleg spalnice z balkonom in razgledom na travnike ponuja tudi savno in kopalno kad za dodatno sprostitev.

Kastav, a town fortified by a town wall with nine defensive towers, was built on the ridge of Karst mountain ( 377 meters above sea level ). It is situated very near from our " Pearl of the Adriatic " Opatija ( 6 kilometers ) and Rijeka ( 10 kilometers ) , only 20 kilometers from Rupa, the Croatio Slovenian border.

Studio apartman se nalazi 5 minuta hoda do plaže Tomaševac, a 500 metara od centra Opatije, 300 metara do supermarketa, 500 metara od povijesne šetnice Carmen Sylva. Ima osiguran parking i Wi-Fi. To je apartman u našoj kući i ima balkon, u okruženju mediteranske vegetacije.
