You can close the gates and immerse yourself in the serenity of the estate and its beautiful gardens. We can't wait to welcome you! Breakfast provided in the studio consists of toast, condiments, yoghurt and muesli. Our farm fresh eggs are also availble for purchase. Take home some of our cluckers produce.

'Avonview Cottage' is located on the inside of the iconic Mt Panorama motor racing circuit. It's north facing aspect boasts 180 degree uninterrupted views over Bathurst to the mountains beyond. Our luxurious 2 x bed & 2 x bathroom cottage has a fully equipped kitchen & laundry, ducted heating and cooling and a beautiful outdoor dining area along with a fire pit (wood supplied). King beds can be split into 2 long singles if required. 'Avonview Cottage' is a 5 min drive to the CBD of Bathurst.

This place is a great short stay, walking distance to clubs, movies and pubs and would suit 2 individuals or a couple and 1 or (max) 2 kids.

There is a heated pool and tennis court, pool table, ping pong table (in garage), toys for the kids. We have TV, a fire place indoor and a fire pit outside and a large BBQ. There is ducted heating & cooling all year round. We have chickens you can feed and the Kangaroos, Sheep and Cows are never far away.
