We completed Harvest in January 2022, so this is a new beginning for ourselves and guests-we look forward to welcoming you! The space is sheltered by our majestic lemon-scented ghost gum, which hosts a variety of birdlife, that you can watch from your own private deck. Manning St Mini Manor

You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally located Airbnb. A lovely 5 min walk to Kendall's Beach, 30 sec walk to the Brooding Italian Cafe, Manning St Cellars and Top Shop Minimart. It's a 2 min drive (or a stunning 20 min walk along the beaches!) to the main street of Kiama, full of shops, restaurants and cafes. A 2 min drive to both the small and big blow holes. The self-contained studio features 2 queen beds, a bathroom and full kitchen. Will comfortably fit 4 people.

Inclusions on your stay are a coffee maker with coffee pods and teas, kettle, washing machine, microwave, cooktop, flat-screen TV, wi-fi, and Netflix. The pool is yours to use (not shared) with direct access to Jones Beach. No more than 2 medium sized dogs please. Please note unit is lower floor of house.

Short drive to Jamberoo Action Park & Saddleback Mountain lookout. 10 minute drive to Crooked River Winery at Gerringong. 15 minute drive to the delightful shops & cafes in Berry.

Note: The owner sometimes stay in the granny flat down the driveway until mid September but this is a separate area from your rented space.
