We have just finished refurbishing this self-contained cottage. It is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, in the centre of a rural village so is very quiet. Walking distance to local cafes, supermarket, parks, pub, post office, parks, golf course, tennis courts. It is completely self contained with a kitchen, bathroom, bedroom/loungeroom with TV/DVD, air conditioning, ceiling fan. The back door is 2 minutes walk to Surf Beach, where you can join the coastal walk from Minnamurra to Gerringong. At night you can hear the waves while drifting off to sleep. The unit is approx. 10 minutes walk from Kiama's shops, restaurants, markets, blowhole, rock pool, harbour, library, and train station (to Sydney). Leave your car at the property and walk everywhere!
