This peaceful and private apartment comprises of the whole lower ground floor of a Georgian mansion house just off the A82 set in an incredible nine acre woodland garden with a riverside walk up to a beautiful loch. There is a spacious living room with wood burner and large kitchen with aga cooker and dining. The bathroom features a double ended bath and shower. Glasgow City centre, Glasgow Airport and Loch Lomond are within 15-20 minute drive from the house which has private, secure parking.

"Dail an Fheidh" (gaelic for "Deer Field") is a 2 bedroom house situated on the beautiful shores of Loch Linnhe. The house is set in an acre of field and has direct access to the loch. There are amazing views over to Ben Nevis and red deer graze near the house, all year long. A 40 minute drive will take you to the popular town of Fort William or head west to explore the stunning Ardnamurchan Peninsula. You can use the Corran Ferry to access the house, but please note, we are not on an island.

Rock Cottage's lounge with log burning stove is an ideal place to return to after taking part in outdoor sporting activities. Our grounds offer play, picnic and water areas. It is a great place to read or relax and watch the wildlife.

We are situated in Roy Bridge 15 mins outside Fort William, (12 miles) close to amenities and a short walk to the train station. The perfect base to explore the Highlands. The room has a private entrance separate from the main house. The en-suite bathroom is located downstairs. Upstairs there is a loft bedroom with double bed along with tea and coffee making facilities, tv with Netflix and fridge. The perfect base for all outdoor pursuits with maximum privacy in a beautiful, peaceful setting.

Crieff offers many places to eat with an excellent deli and cafes providing good quality local produce. Local attractions include the oldest whiskey distillery, numerous walks and nearby Munros, and a wildlife centre at nearby Comrie. The town has a selection of lovely parks suitable for all ages.

St Fillans is a picturesque village and provides a great base for exploring rural Perthshire including 43 local Munro’s. In this walking hotspot there is also ample other activities such as cycling, fishing, golf and water sports on loch Earn.
