At the end of a rain-forested road, our waterfront reserve retreat commands an unbeatable view over Phegan’s Bay, a little known, secluded waterway far from the hustle and bustle, yet close enough to dip into the Central Coasts many activities and services. You will wake up to the romantic sound of anchors clinking, birds chirruping, immersed in lifes simple pleasures.

Grab yourself one of Central Coasts best coffee's from Empires D'lite. If you are a bringing a boat along, you can plonk it in at Kendall Road wharf and be set for the day. There is also kids parks, tennis court and bbq area close by.

Bushwalking and water fun

My place is close to great views,beach and bay. The guest accommodation is on the lower floor of our home and is a self contained spacious and seperate living area. We overlook Hardys Bay which is within 300 meters and offers excellent coffee shops,restaurants and general store,bottle shop. Bouddi national park is a few hundred meters away and offers extensive bushwalking tracks,secluded beaches and excellent views.

Nestled within Berowra Waters park the Berowra Waters Glass House offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms over three levels and comfortably accommodates up to six people. All rooms are tastefully and stylishly decorated for your comfort and enjoyment. Walk around the main house and watch pelicans and swans glide peacefully on the lake at the bottom of the garden. Listen to the kookaburras laughing as they perch in the trees. Savour a morning coffee or evening drink on the jetty. Enjoy a barbecue directly outside the studio or on the expansive travertine courtyard overlooking the lake.

AVOCA BEACH GUEST SUITE

Our 1 bedroom guest suite comprises of the bottom level of our two storey house. It is perfect for couples or singles. It sleeps 2 however we do have a port-a-cot. It has its own private entry so you can have as much or as little interaction with us as you like. Please note there are six steps down from street level.
