Escape to our newly built private bushland cottage set on 100 acres, surrounded by native wildlife. Wake to kangaroos, kookaburras, native birds and hares right outside your door. Enjoy peaceful bushwalking, dam views and a secluded private fire pit under the stars. The open-plan one-bedroom cottage features a full kitchen, dining & lounge area, modern bathroom and washing machine. Linen, towels, tea and coffee provided. Separate dwelling for complete privacy, just 10 minutes from Goulburn CBD.

Dovolj | Dobro

Enjoy a unique Tiny House that was designed and built on this very farm. "Dovolj | Dobro" is annexed off our 3acre Selah Gardens, which you will have access to. Nestled amongst gum trees overlooking a large dam, it is surrounded by native wildlife and grazing stock. A unique feature of this location is a walking track through our working farm to The Olive View Restaurant, with great food and amazing coffee. In keeping with minimum impact on the environment, it contains a composting toilet.

Bethania Cottage - Perfect for Families

Bethania Cottage is situated in the rich basalt High Country of Bannister, just 2 and a half hours from Sydney, 90 minutes from Canberra, 30 minutes from Goulburn and 15 minutes from Crookwell with its variety of specialty shops, cafes and excellent restaurants nearby .The authentic local country pub at Grabben Gullen is just up the road. Guests are welcome to join in farm activities, enjoy a guided tour of a windfarm or just relax and enjoy the stunning view from the comfort of the deck.

This unique studio has a style all its own. Si-Fonic Studio, a recording studio in the 1990s and early '00s, is now converted to a self contained unit in the garden behind a stately Federation home and has the charm of music from days gone by. The studio is situated in a quiet part of town close to amenities with a short walk to the city centre. There is off street parking and independent access to the accommodation. Continental breakfast is provided for the first day.

Quiet Peaceful Farm Stay on 25 acres, sealed roads, 15 minutes to Goulburn and 50 minutes to Canberra. Dogs under 25kg are welcome to stay at my property by negotiation with Host prior to booking, a fee $30.00 will apply. Enjoy the peace and quiet and wonder around the yard to check out the animals. Short drives to local attractions or simply have a break and enjoy a glass of wine or your favourite beverage on the verandah while enjoying the sunset.
