The property has parking, doors to the courtyard, patio with views looking onto a beautiful fairway, and a path to the gardens, fire pit, ruins and historic canal.

Hillside Well Cottage is a family run 4 bedroom cottage set in a beautiful, peaceful location in the Perthshire countryside, with spectacular views of the Lomond Hills bordering Fife. It is centrally situated, and a perfect base for visiting many places of interest including Edinburgh, Glasgow, Stirling, Pitlochry, Gleneagles, St Andrews, Perth and Dundee. Also, locally, the East Neuk, Falkland and Kinross on the banks of lovely Loch Leven offer many attractions and are well worth a visit.

Muma Bears House

This is Muma Bears house and it always will be. She was my Mother and this is what me and my girls always called her. She passed in June 2021 and i have spent the last year renovating her house. She was a force and i hope we have done her proud. I want the house to come alive. So welcome! Cosy up in front of the fire, play the piano and unwind in peace. Bring along your slippers. Get the board games out and relax with family and friends. Enjoy the sound of the fire at night.

Built in the 1700s the Gardener's House is set into the old Walled Garden in the stunning grounds of Arniston House, a William Adam Stately Home. A secluded, picturesque two storey house with wood burning stove for winter or glass patio doors that open onto the walled garden for summer. An 11 mile trip to Edinburgh’s first class art galleries and museums, the capital’s eclectic mix of restaurants and bars plus its boutique shopping experience all adds up to a great day out.

Perched over the coast of Dalgety Bay and enjoying fabulous views of the Firth of Forth and the iconic Forth Bridge. This self contained holiday accommodation is perfectly situated for exploring Scotland’s picturesque coastline, with the Coastal Path just on the doorstep and quick walk to the beach. Excellent links to Edinburgh, and St. Andrews by bus, having the bus stop 8 mins away. Ideal for couples, familes or friends, benefitting from independent access to the property.

The house is situated in Kinross in a quiet residential area and which is a short walk from the beautiful Loch Leven. It is a short walk to all the facilities including restaurants and pubs. Kinross is ideally situated to visit Glasgow, Edinburgh or the North. Edinburgh is only 30 minutes drive or leave the car and take the bus which you can get 5 minutes walk from the house. The area itself is great for walking and just getting out in the fresh air.

It’s a truly unique, stylish and comfortable place to be. The Wall House is also designed to be accessible to a person with restricted mobility. Set in a Fife seaside conservation village you’ll find yourself in a 'get away from it all' location but just a short drive to Edinburgh, the East Neuk & St Andrews.

Ashtrees Cottage is in a beautiful rural location and has Loch Leven Nature Reserve on its door step. The Balgedie Toll Tavern & Loch Levens Larder both less than 10 minutes walk from the Cottage. It’s a great place to explore towns and villages around the East Neuk of Fife, Edinburgh, St Andrews, Gleneagles, Stirling and Glasgow. Its a great place to base yourself if you are planning to explore the Lowlands and Southern Highlands of Scotland.
