PLEASE READ ALL THE INFO IN FURTHER DESCRIPTIONS because this is a specific area.Bakar is a small isolated village in the center of all large tourist places. It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Capacity 2+2, size 42 m2, with a large fenced yard and a swimming pool. Located on the ground floor in a family house in a quiet street; newly built and is fully equipped and furnished. The house is surrounded by trees and offers an unobstructed view of the sea. Pets are not allowed, nor is smoking in the apartment. It is accessible for disabled. Heated pool (May-October) : 8x4m, depth 1,5m. Sat TV, WiFi, A/C, safe, parking, fireplace/grill, terrace, deck chairs and a parasol by the pool.

Our cool and cosy one bedroom apartment is only 5 minutes walk from the center of beauthiful fish village Klenovica and also 5 minutes walk from the nearest beach. It is a quiet place for rest and charge your batteries. This apartment has one bedroom and one extendable couch so it is suitable for 3 people. There is also a kitchen, dining area and a bathroom. We are pet friendly, max 2 pets. Pet fee is only charged for one pet (the additional amount after the reservation). Welcome!

Dear guests, welcome to Klenovica! Thanks to the idyllic tranquility and crystal clear waters Klenovica is a real pearl. Our apartments are located 50 m from the sea near the pine forest. Numerous restaurants offer special culinary delights for tourists. Surroundings without industrial pollution and mountain air from the high forests of the hinterland, decorated bike and hiking trails, lookout points and walks, all this gives an ecological advantage to stay in our place.

White Apartment

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Entfernung zum Meer: 400 m Entfernung zum Strand: 600 m Gegenüber vom Haus gibt es einen Sportplatz mit einem Tennis-, Basketball- und einen Fussballplatz. Unter dem Haupthaus ist das Familienrestaurant Filipo. Auf dem Weg zum Strand hat es eine Post, Mini Market, eine Bäckerei, mehrere Kaffeebars und Restaurants. Auf Anfrage bieten wir für bis 10 Personen einen Schlafplatz. Auf Anfrage wäre auch eine Jahresmiete möglch.
