Air conditioning and floor heating in all rooms. It is located in charming village of Žgombići not far from Malinska on the island of Krk.

It does not have a beach and you need to have a car to move arround. All the interesting places to see are in range of 5-20 kilometers(beach Kostrena,Crikvenica,Opatija,Rijeka).Studio has a small indor place and a large outdoor area(terrace and garden).It is located in old city up the hill and you have 30 stairs to get to the apartment.

Villa Mediterana is located on the beautiful island of Krk. It is only few kilometers away from the nearest beach. The villa offers space for 7 people in 3 bedrooms. The villa is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a private pool. There is also a covered terrace with a large table and a grill. There are two double rooms and one triple room on the first floor. The house has underfloor heating and all rooms are air conditioned. Each room has a television with a satellite receiver.

Vila se nahaja na osami in je od vasi oddaljena cca 200 metrov Sestavljena je iz avtohtone kamnite hiše iz začetka 19. stoletja, ter novega dela, v katerem dominirajo velike steklene površine, ki notranjost hiše spajajo z zunanjostjo. V starem delu hiše je spalnica, v novem pa dnevno bivalni del s kuhinjo in veliko kopalnico. Okolica hiše meri 1000 m2. Na njej je osem stoletnih dreves, ki lahko nudijo zašcito pred soncem. Na razpolaganje sta vam dva vrtova s sezonsko zelenjavo.

Our house is located in Čižići, approximately 50 meters from the beach. The property boasts a quiet and secluded location with shaded on-site parking. The apartment has a private entryway/balcony, and a big terrace with the beautiful sea and garden views. Inside is one bedroom with a queen-sized bed , bathroom with shower, kitchen/dining room, and living room with a pull-out sofa. In the back of the house we have common dining and BBQ area and outside shower to enjoy.

Apartman se nalazi u mirnom dijelu Vrbnika i udaljen je tek nekoliko minuta od centra grada ( trgovine, pekarnice, restorana..) i nekoliko minuta od plaze. Klimatizirani prostor sastoji se od dnevnog boravka te potpuno opremljene kuhinje sa pecnicom i perilicom za sude. Na drugom katu nalaze se soba i kupaonica.
