Located 45 minutes north of Sydney on Berowra Creek, a tributary of the Hawkesbury River, the north facing house is backed by Marramarra National Park, and surrounded by bushland with superb views of the Hawkesbury River. Our place is on the river and feels like a tree house. It has its own private jetty and a beautiful outlook where you can unwind, reset and relax. You’ll love our place and the natural light that fills it. We provide linen & towels so you don't need to think about anything. We also have an amazing wood burner fireplace for the colder months! Access is via boat and we provide a tinny, kayaks & SUP. We are close to renowned restaurants like Peat's Bite, Berowra Waters Inn & A Chef Secrets.

Ahoy! Step aboard your waterfront boathouse 'Tides Reach' - nestled uniquely over the shoreline with an expansive deck to dine alfresco, a deepwater jetty and backyard access to the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park walking trails. Dive off your private jetty, throw a line from the deck or curl up by the fire with a freshly brewed coffee. It's a water-access only cottage in Pittwater's McCarrs Creek with car parking at Church Point and then catch a short on-demand water taxi. @tidesreach.

Florida Breeze - Palm Beach (5 min walk to beach)

Completely renovated. Stylish, easy casual living with ocean glimpses from living area and ocean views from the top floor. Surrounded by national parkland on the Hawkesbury River, the Treehouse is an architecturally designed red-cedar cottage set high on the riverbank with a private jetty and spectacular water views. The two queen beds are furnished with luxurious cotton and Belgian linen. The main bedroom is on a mezzanine level and overlooks the living area which has a slow-combustion fire. Perfect in summer or winter. (Sunday check-out is 5pm.)
