We can offer you long walking paths around the house, visiting our animals, trying our home made products and so one. Our family is a big fan of rural lifestyle and agriculture. We are all engaged in the cultivation of agricultural products and homemade food. If you are looking for a quite family place, a place to rest, you are welcome. Die 2025 fertiggestellte Villa SUN - eingerichtet mit Italienischen Designermöbeln, verteilt sich auf zwei Etagen. Ein besonderes Highlight ist die BBQ-Küche am Pool. Der Wohn- Essbereich lädt zu schönen Abenden ein. In den gemütlichen Schlafzimmern finden Sie erholsamen Schlaf und wachen mit Meerblick auf. Ein großer umzäunter Garten, für Kind und Hund zum spielen. E-Ladestation für Autos im Hof.

Casa Collini - Luxuriöse Villa mit Meerblick+Pool

Wir haben uns einen Traum erfüllt und ein Ferienhaus mit viel Liebe und ganz nach unseren Vorstellungen geschaffen. Ein neues Haus im typischen Stil der Region Istrien mit einem traumhaften Blick auf die Landschaft bis zum Meer. Dazu gehört auch ein großer beheizter Infinity-Pool zur alleinigen Benutzung und ein großzügige Outdoor-Küche mit Grill. Hinweis: Der Pool kann von April bis Oktober beheizt werden. Das Beheizen kostet 20€ für max 10 Stunden/Tag und wird zusätzlich abgerechnet.

Vila je opremljena sa svim potrebnim kućanskim aparatima što daje osjećaj komoditeta. Donja soba raspolaže velikom garderobom umjesto ormara što omogućuje dodatni komfor. Detalji vile uređeni su u starinskom duhu te obiluje renoviranim namještajem i predmetima.

Villa Maria is cozy house situated on the top of the hill. Villa was built in 1781 and completely renovated in 2011. It is standing like a cloud above the famous Motovun forest and Mirna valley. It has an uninterrupted view over the Motovun Forest and medieval town of Motovun (today well known for film festival all over the world). The house´s view can just take your breath away. With in the villas property there are: vineyards, more than 30 fruits and over the 200 olives tree.
