Only five minutes away from Lake Lanier and centrally located between Gainesville and Flowery Branch, GA. We are close to 985 and 20 minutes from the Mall of Georgia!

Short walk to Canton St. and walkable to local wedding venues. This new garden basement apartment has full sized stocked kitchen, large double vanity bathroom, fully stocked game room/billiard room, and separate private office. 10 foot ceilings throughout unit and it opens to shared backyard gardens & private patio. King size bed. Your own private driveway & entrance. While not 100% soundproof from, both upstairs and downstairs have quiet time between 10 pm and 7 am. No parties allowed.

We have an available roll-away bed if needed, the cost is $10.

Our place offers cleanliness, comfort, tranquility and safety, 2,300 sq ft of open SPACE and a home away from home. Come on down, we provide a relaxing atmosphere. We are on the N Fulton/Forsyth County line, easily accessible to many event locations, parks and highways. Wonderful, safe location in a rural atmosphere subdivision for business or pleasure trips. NOTE: The accommodations are not suitable for families with young children; infants and children over 7 are welcome.

"Sawnee Mountain Hikers Hideaway"

This area is full of history from the Trail of Tears, to Sawnee Mountain. This house is located 8 minutes from Lake Sydney Lanier. There is more than a handful of local restaurants and live entertainment to keep busy. If you like to hike the mountain we encourage it. You can either leave from here approximately 500 feet up the hill, medium inclined walk up to the trail. Or if you prefer there is a couple of trailhead parks located within 2 to 3 miles with free parking.

Relax and unwind in your comfortable room with a private entrance from your terrace. Enjoy your 40 inch TV from the comfy full bed. Need some room to do some work? You have nice cafe table and chairs in your room and out on your patio. Your kitchenette has a little sink, dorm fridge, microwave, hot pot, drip/Keurig coffee maker, dishes, and storage cabinets. Enjoy fluffy white towels and soft sheets. You also have an iron and ironing board.
