There is an association dock area which will require a waiver for a dock on the lake with kayaks. Our home inlcudes 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 2 full kitchens and 2 living room areas. Guests will have access to the neighborhood boat ramp, located directly beside Lemonade Paradise. Sit outside by the fire under a pergola.

This spacious home is the perfect family friendly retreat for families that want a fun lake vacation.
