Fully remodeled, the little cabin on the marsh is a 1 BR house with a loft. Inside is almost all wood. The house sits on the marsh water of the Waccamaw river. The neighborhood is a dirt road with a mix of mobile homes and houses. The neighbors are great and have lived on the street for decades. The house is surrounded by live oaks, nature and tidal marsh water in the backyard. Litchfield and Pawleys Island beaches are 5 minutes away. The Blue Heron has two bedrooms and two full baths. It sleeps four people with one queen and two twin beds. It has large rooms for your comfort and a covered front porch for relaxing and entertaining. A golf cart is available and rents separately of the house. The kitchen is well equipped for food preparation, a gas grill is available. There are three smart TV's and WiFi. We are dog friendly, a maximum of 2, 50 lbs. or less. Pit Bulls and Rottweilers are not allowed in Ocean Lakes.
