Welcome to my apartment, a former hotel room in a beautiful 1930s listed building recognized as a Remarkable Monument, on the 5th floor with an elevator. It features a large private terrace with views over the canal and the rooftops of Pantin, nicknamed the “New Brooklyn”. Just next to Paris, it is close to all amenities, shops, and public transport, as well as Parc de la Villette. Hoche station (Metro line 5), Pantin RER – Mairie, and Tram T3 are 500m away.

Accessible par le métro ligne 11 ou le tram ligne 3b, studio paisible aux portes de Paris. C'est le studio que j'habite. je fais confiance au respect des voyageurs sur un usage raisonnable des consommables (alimentaire, lessive, etc). Possible de discuter l'heure d'arrivée. Le studio est dans un appartement assez ancien et présente de légers défauts. la plaque de cuisson fonctionne mais fait du bruit. Le lit est un futon. pas de wifi.

Optional inside car parking lot with toll badge 100 meters away.
