Spacious SEAFRONT 3 bedroom luxury flat with panoramic sea views. It is located within 10-15 mins walking distance from the “golden square” and the city centre, and away from large crowds and night time noise. Across the street there are numerous paid and free beaches. There is a supermarket just behind (open 7 days), bakery, pharmacy and many restaurants within a walking distance. Behind the building there is a tram stop which takes to the city centre (5 min) and the airport (15 mins).

Un espace cuisine est à votre disposition au rdc de la maisonnette en plus du coin petit déjeuner à l'étage où vous trouverez de quoi manger et boire pour deux matins Nous connaissons bien la région et pouvons vous conseiller pour des balades, baignades en rivière, lac et mer...

Mas de charme au milieu des oliviers construit en 2020 avec des matériaux nobles ( pierre de Bourgogne sur tous les sols de la maison, ...) et une décoration sobre et contemporaine. Le terrain totalement clos est complanté d'oliviers. A l'extérieur vous disposez d'un espace pour garer vos véhicules, une grande terrasse couverte avec salon de jardin, une terrasse avec pergola et table de repas. Un bassin de nage de 10 X 3 avec plage de piscine et transats complètent l'ensemble.

very cosy pool house with sea and mountain view

I hope you will fall in love with our house . we did a very good job, and all you can imagine for your holidays is here.. 2 swimming pools, a tennis court, a beautiful garden, an amazing view.. and very quite.. no neighbours around... in the south of France it is not easy to find. Very safe there is an alarm in the garden .. so relax..
