Attention à la tête en sortant de la chambre, signalisé par un panneau et des leds, du fait de l'ancienneté et la conception du bâtiment. A 50 m de la station de tramway T2 "Les Milons" La chambre a été refaite (peinture, mobilier et literie neufs) mais pas les parties communes, vieillissantes Hôtel et quartier calme.
