Curl up in front of the fire in our self-catering hut located next to our quiet, private farm lane. Enjoy panoramic views over the valley. From this spacious modern apartment you will see the Calderdale Way which you can access from right outside your private entrance. There is lit patio area for your enjoyment with a luxury sauna. If you like the great outdoors then Top O'Thill, at 1000m above sea level, will make you feel on top of the world. We have a well furnished gym space if you still need to burn some more calories.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!
