Beechwood Nook

Crown Lodges are located in the Heart of the Rossendale valley- Crawshawbooth. There are three lodges in total all situated around a 140sq/m lodge with breath taking views, it is the perfect escape to the country. The site is brand new and was built by owner and host Sam through the covid-19 pandemic 2018-2021 with his keen eye for building, the site is loved and adored by many of the locals and has proved a massive hit so far. Beechwood nook located to the left hand side of our site features the most privacy of the three cabins on its own stretch of pathway. Enjoy beautiful nights in your hot tub from this natural beauty spot, our lodges have something for everyone and we believe they are all-in luxury. They feature luxury kitchens, luxury bathrooms, log burners, free standing bath upstairs next to your bedroom area and everyones favourite a 2mx2m hot tub. Tip from us-Be ready with drinks in the hot tub for when it goes dark, the site lights up like something you see when your abroad and looks incredible, you can see our site from the other side of the valley which we think looks amazing. Crown Lodges is situated on a public footpath which has miles and miles of walking, for all of you that enjoy a stroll. We recommend downloading the walking app Komoot and downloading the local pack which is priced as much as a small coffee, this is like google maps for walking enthusiasts. For local things to do, I think we are up there with the best. Our local town Rawtenstall has undergone major development in the last couple of years and is getting better and better all the time. We have Rawtenstall market which has been taken over and turned into a food heaven. Once a month it has 'foodie Friday' and is packed with local stalls selling street food and deserts. Then we have Avuccirea, fire pit, La Turka, Tiger lounge and GemNi just to name a few. All providing excellent quality of food and drinks. We have a variety of bars, pubs and cafes too, far too many to mention. We are also 40mins on the x43 bus to Manchester City centre and the bus stop is within 15mins walk from our site (big hill back up not for the faint hearted). We also have the very last temperance bar in the country Mr Fitzpatrick's established in 1899 which recently featured on the hairy bikers, this is 100% worth a visit. Ideal for couples looking for a quiet getaway but still close to exciting things to do, this brand new development is your number one hot spot for 2021. Once you come you will not want to leave, from experience our site looks so incredibly different every season. We have fantastic summers and snowy winters. One thing to note: Upstairs in the Beechwood nook cabin is restricted head height, so if your very tall you may want to pick one of the other lodges. If this doesn't bother you then its a cosy little space upstairs. The rest of the Lodge is 2.3m head height so its just the upstairs that's restricted.

'Waterside Studio'

'Waterside Studio' is a well appointed apartment in an annexe to the main house, but with private access. It is situated in a quiet part of a unique village, which has a sea dock, adjacent to the Lune Estuary and canal basin on a branch arm of the Lancaster Canal. Ideal for walkers, cyclists, bird watchers and anyone who likes all aspects of wildlife, boating and the sea. We are 5 m. south of the historically important University town of Lancaster. The village has a pub, village store and cafes.

Lovely 2-Bedroom Barge Brunswick Dock Liverpool!

Beautiful, spacious 2-bedroom barge! The boat is located on the Brunswick dock with parking available at the Liverpool Yacht club. The house boat has two bedrooms, one bathroom and a fully equipped kitchen with beautiful views of the dock. There is an indoor fireplace as well as a TV and Wifi available! Guests have full access to the entire houseboat, no sharing with host or other guests. Upon arrival guests will receive a welcome basket and full tour of the barge! :) *Welcome baskets may vary!

Accornlee cottage is a stone farm house which dates back to 1611 & is located at a working farm in the rolling countryside Sleeps 5 people in 2 bedrooms Bedroom 1 is a large room with a super king bed plus 1 single bed or can be 3 single beds . Relax with stunning lake views at the foot of pendle hill. enjoy a drink on the lake side patio or spend the day fishing in one of 3 lakes. spend time with friends and family playing games or reading the books provided, watch a film on the 50in tv, enjoy a home cooked meal in the fully equipped kitchen with free coffee machine. snuggle in bed after a shower with Egyptian cotton towels and bedding. go for walks and vist great places to eat. arcade machine available for a small extra charge.

Escape to our serene 3 bed lakefront lodge! With amazing views across the lake and a cozy atmosphere, it's the perfect earth home with its ever changing sedum roof. The cabin offers a comfortable living area, a well-equipped kitchen, and two inviting bedrooms. Lakeside Hideaway

The Hideaway is a very unique little cabin, a bit back to basics with a few treats thrown in. its a 2 adults only accommodation. You have your own private fenced off area containing a BBQ/firepit. Inside you will find a fridge, tea and coffee making facilities, a toaster, a wonderful log burning stove and even a complimentary bottle of Prosecco to welcome you. ONE well behaved SMALL dog can stay too in the little 7ft x 11ft cabin. (certain rules apply, please message us to discuss).

Ansdell Hideaway

Stunning Victorian terrace in leafy Lytham. Every element of the house is new from the front gate to the back gate. Completely renovated & refurbished. Perfectly located near to Ansdell train station and next to the golf course. A short walk to Lytham, Fairhaven Lake & St Anne’s. Only a short drive from Blackpool & all of its attractions. A wonderful location for the perfect family (and pet!) getaway. House is a family home when not being rented so guests are asked to respect that.

Pretty Peak District cottage. Recently renovated.

Newly renovated, cosy and freshly furnished stone cottage in the Peak District. Exposed beams, thick walls, lovely views. Beautiful, quiet countryside setting. Perfect for walkers and bikers. The secret Lodge (Carmina) & hot tub

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Beautiful, well presented area with perfect views, ( brand new hot tub )enjoy the lake with a glass of wine in the hot tub why not get the walking boots on and enjoy the woods, or why not even call into the town for a spot of food? fishing lake all also available on site 3 min from town centre and the beach 10 min to Blackpool The site is under construction during the week

Pretty little cottage in the peaks

Newly renovated two bedroom cottage in the peaks. Sitting on the trans Pennine trail, Longdendale trail and near to the Pennine way, it’s ideally located for walkers and cyclists. Backing onto a little wooded area and 5 reservoirs, it’s a perfect location for a holiday in the countryside. There are two double bedrooms and a double sofa bed in the lounge. A kitchen with everything you could ever need and a spacious bathroom.
