This one bedroom has a fully functional kitchen with everything you will need. In the carport, there is a small sitting area with a large television to watch. There's a community pool and jacuzzi to enjoy. You must be at least 35 year's of age.Two people only. Absolutely no smokers or pets. And no children.

Keurig coffee pot, fridge and microwave. Dining table inside. Outdoor seating opens to peaceful, scenic backyard. Parking available in the driveway. Park to the left of 2 car garage. Our Casita is a modest room that we have done our best to make comfortable for travelers who want an alternative to an impersonal hotel. No pets allowed.

Detached casita with bedroom & en suite bathroom with keurig, fridge, & microwave. There is no kitchen or living room. Smart TV with premium cable and HBO, and you can log in to your Netflix account. I have mugs and some disposable dishes and silverware for you. It is a quiet and private area for a tranquil trip. It is very close to the 202 freeway, with shops, restaurants, and golf courses just minutes away. Usery Mountain Park is mins away & Saguaro lake is 15-20 mins away. Airport 25 mins.

Lots of trees: orange, grapefruit, key limes, lemons, pomegranate, figs, dates, grapes and there is a juicer for morning fresh juices. Safe, quiet, and has many hummingbirds and two giant (50 & 80 pound) tortoises.
