The Nest is a 45m2 apartment with private access, occupying its own floor in a beautifully renovated former vigneron's home. Straddling the communes of St. Saphorin and Chardonne, the property was completely renovated in 2025. Situated within the vineyards of the Lavaux region, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. Based 1.5hrs from Geneva, it has 5 large twin/double bedrooms (3 en suite), a large living & dining space, wine fridge, boot warmer, log burner, terrace, table football WiFi & hot tub. We offer it self-catered but have catering options to give you a break from the kitchen too. Based in beautiful Châtel, a stunning part of the French Alps it is great for winter & summer breaks for families & friends.

Chalet Bellavista - a balcony on Swiss Alps

This small, private Swiss chalet is cozy comfortable retreat for one or two persons. The balcony offers a magnificent view of the Rhone Valley and Swiss Alps of Valais. Ideal for nature-lovers or those who simply want to just get away to relax and breathe in the Swiss mountain air. The chalet acts a point of depart for mountain walks or hikes, bike riding, snowshoeing or even cross country skiing in the winter time. Ski slopes and thermal baths can be reached in around 30 minutes by car.

Chalet Les Trois Canards - Châtel, Luxury, Jacuzzi

Our luxurious chalet is the perfect base for your winter or summer holidays in Chatel and the Portes du Soleil area. The chalet boasts a spacious lounge with log burner which offers superb valley views through large picture windows. Offering a fully equipped kitchen, 5 en-suite bedrooms, sauna, hot-tub / jacuzzi, mezzanine area above the lounge, ski-boot heaters. There is underfloor heating throughout the chalet. Not suitable for parties or excessive noise, as the owners live next door.

Bienvenue à notre chalet situe à 1120 m d'altitude, quartier calme, avec label Minergie dans un cadre verdoyant et loin du bruit de la grand ville que vous permettrons de passer de vacances reposantes. Point de départ pour de magnifiques randonnées en montagne ou un forêt , vers le sommet de Rochers de Naye, La Dent de Jaman. Il faut s'attendre à une route de montagne , pour les personnes qui n'ont pas l'habitude de rouler sur une route un peu escarpé.

Dans un petit immeuble contemporain, perché sur les hauteurs de Montreux (quartier de Territet), une dizaine de minutes à pied des transports (bus, gare et embarcadère) , appartement de 80 M2, 2 pieces et demi ( chambre, grand séjour et cuisine integrée), orientation sud-ouest face au lac du Léman. Accessible aux personnes à mobilité réduite ( ascenseur) avec un parking privatif à disposition. L’appartement ainsi que la terrasse sont non fumeur.

In the winter, your family can also enjoy the 250-meter long bunny hill ski slope just 100 meters away.

Appartement de 80m2 avec cachet dans une maison historique du XVIIème siècle. Idéal pour 3 personnes mais possibilité de loger jusqu'à 5 personnes. Dans le magnifique village de St-Saphorin au coeur de Lavaux patrimoine mondial de l'UNESCO. Deux plages se trouvent à 5 minutes à pied et toutes les beautés de l'arc lémanique sont à portée de main.
