Cozy accomodation studio near Ribaucourt Station

The Studio is at the top 4th floor (the attic) and has a separate and independent entrance (no elevator and nor air-conditioned). We are 25 min walking distance to the city center (15min by metro). The Studio is just 1 minute from the metro station Ribaucourt, so you can get easily straight into central Brussels. There is a small equipped kitchen, bathroom and toilet inside the studio. This is not a hotel but a private house with a separate Studio for Airbnb. We live in the same building.

Dear visitor We put at your disposal a fully furnished apartment in the heart of Brussels. Nearby the EU Commission in the nice neighborhood of Schuman. As this lovely apartment is on the highest floor of our old typical renovated Brussels’ mansion, please note that there are quite some stairs to reach it. Avoid heavy luggage. Please note that the apartment is for maximum 2 persons We, as a family live on the lowest floors, easily at your disposal in case of questions or recommendations.

Het ruime appartement voor 2 personen bevindt zich op 500m van het station via park Belle-Vue waar het gezellig wandelen of fietsen is. Een veilige garageplaats op 150m is ook beschikbaar voor de wagen en de fietsen te stallen. Een top verblijfslocatie voor wie de sfeer en gezelligheid van Leuven wil proeven.

Er zijn verschillende betalende en gratis parkeermogelijkheden in de buurt en een bus van het station die voor onze deur stopt. We bieden je graag wat tips voor winkels en restaurants in de buurt.
