Our cabin is spacious & light drenched. It offers a queen size bed, comfy lounge, built in wardrobe, small kitchenette (w/ bar fridge, microwave, kettle, toaster), bathroom, study area, air con, Wifi & a smart tv (Netflix, Disney, Stan & Prime. It has timber floors, a timber deck & outdoor seating & windows with fly screens. There is easy access down a shared driveway to come and go as you please. We have two children, a poodle cross dog, 2 cats, who you may catch a glimpse of if you’re lucky

Will sleep 3 but 2 most comfortable.

Marrickville was recently voted in the top 10 coolest neighbourhood in the world by Time Out. And this would be the coolest pad in that neighbourhood. It's a big space on the first floor of an old warehouse. Downstairs is a working art studio - The Bakehouse Studio. The stairs between these spaces are open. The guests who love our place the most are the ones who like the idea of staying in an old and slightly tatty flat on top of a studio and interacting with our community.

A perfect location to launch your Sydney visit in a secluded, leafy corner of Balmain. Catch the ferry from Balmain East to take in the spectacular views of the Bridge, Opera House and Circular Quay. The Balmain Peninsula is a hidden gem. Pubs, cafes and a great village feel. The Cottage is self contained with an ensuite, kitchenette and comfortable queen size bed. The backyard is a shared space with us in the main house so you'll likely see our family around.

Bus ride into city is 25 mins & Light rail into Chinatown (city) takes 20 mins.

Our self contained and comfortable one bedroom studio comfortably sleeps two and is located in a quiet garden, close to public transport. Enjoy an en-suite and kitchenette for your convenience. Great access on the nearby light rail to the new Sydney Convention centre, Star City Casino, the Lyric Theatre, the Tramsheds, the Capitol Theatre and the Sydney Fish Markets.

Garden Studio in Ashfield

Hello from the hosts of the Garden Studio! If the dates you need accommodation for show as unavailable, send us an inquiry anyway as we may be able to host you. The studio has a double bed, a kitchenette (fridge, microwave and kettle) and a full bathroom. It is about a 10 - 15 minute walk from Ashfield Station, and a 12 minute train ride into the city.

The Treehouse, a unique studio in Annandale

The Treehouse is a unique place to stay - private, comfortable and completely self-contained. Located at the bottom of the garden, separated from the main house by a timber fence, the Treehouse sits up high, nestled among frangipani and magnolia trees. It has its own entrance via the rear lane, and offers privacy in a lovely and secure setting.
