In the early 1900's, this home served as a bootleg hard cider mill, and more recently, an oriental rug business. Great place for families with kids to stay while enjoying coastal Maine and Portland. Less than a mile from Portland and 4 miles from the historic Old Port district. (Hot tub open year-round)!

We are happy to share with you our coastal, colonial home set on eight acres along the Kennebunk River. Enjoy our quaint, warm home just 5 min to the beach and 3 minutes to Cape Arundel Golf Club. Our 4 bdrm, 2.5 bathroom suits short or long term stays. The location is ideal: 6 min from Kennebunkport, 15 min from Biddeford, and 30 min from Portland or Portsmouth! We hope to make you feel at home with the morning birds chirping and the calmness of the river just in back of the property.

The gently sloping property makes it ideal for multi-generational families. Swim in the summer, ice fish in the winter or just get away from it all in the fabulous peace and quiet of New Hampshire. Note that June - August rentals are a minimum seven night stays Saturday - Saturday.

With a private deck and hot tub, a short drive to public boat launch and beach and xc skiing/snowshoeing/ and snowmobiling nearby in the winter, this is a great year round destination! With a modern. fully equipped kitchen connecting to an open floor plan living and dining room, lots of windows to the wooded outside it's a relaxing and easy place to spend time!

The Watson House

The Watson House is part of a late 19th century duplex.This side has been completely rehabbed, with a full kitchen, bath with a stall shower, dining and living room on the first floor. Three bedrooms and a full bathroom with washer and dryer upstairs. There is plenty of room for the entire family. It sleeps 6 comfortably, but we do charge $15 per person per night over 6 people. We are PET FRIENDLY!! Please no pets on the furniture, and they can’t be left alone.
