The house is a two-storey modern rustic structure decorated with native wooden furniture. On the upper floor you have the common area and Ioft for people to hang out and rest. On the ground floor you have the living room, lounging area, and a separate private room. There is also a “casita” structure behind the main house.

The whole group will be comfortable in this rustic and unique space. Step into the beach that is practically right at your doorstep. Your group will have the entire property of more than 1,000 square meters all to yourselves and just be at the beachfront during your entire stay without having to leave the place. Relax and enjoy the majestic sunsets that bless Epic Shores at dusk. You can even pitch tents inside the property if you want to commune with nature.

Three level townhouse, overlooking the sea, elegantly designed for comfort and recreation. The main door, living room, dining room, balcony and fully-equipped kitchen are located in the mid level. Two bedrooms with lofts are located in the top level and another bedroom and the game room are located in the lower level. The game room leads to the garden with a picnic table and grill. A few minutes walk will bring you to the beach.
