Clover Cottage is a lovely peaceful retreat, the 3 bedroom terraced house is built in a traditional Cotswold's style. It is cosy, comfortable, stylish and fully equipped for up to 6 people. Situated on the award winning Lower Mill Estate, a 500 acre nature reserve that offers a range of fun family activities; including kayaking, paddle boarding, cycling and lovely walks around the lakes. There is a shared outdoor swimming pool [heated all the year], children's play area and a tennis court.

The annex is a charming renovated self-contained studio apartment which provides a cosy & comfortable base to enjoy the surrounding Cotswolds countryside & villages. Set on the edge of the village in a quiet location with good access roads. A local pub & village shop within walking distance. There are a broad range of activities within the Cotswolds lakes such as plenty of walks nearby including the Thames path & bird watching points. 10 min drive away is Cirencester a vibrant market town.

Charming guest house in stunning wooded valley

Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - waiting to be walked or cycled. It sleeps two (but has a travel cot as well) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom with bath and shower. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

Located in the village of Poole Keynes, a stones throw from the Cotswold Water Park and the stunning market town of Cirencester. The annex contains a fully equipped modern kitchen and bathroom.
