Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Casa Fresca je vrlo ugodan, intiman i zaštićen prostor od 54m2 gdje se voli biti. Okružen je parkom i maslinikom u 400m2 ograđenom prostoru. Idealan je za dvoje ljudi a kućni ljubimci su isto tako dobrodošli. The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

This unique place has a style all its own. Studio apartment with 80 square meters of terrace that is just for you. All the furniture is handmade, and the walls are decorated with photos of Pula.
