Our English cottage dating from the 1700s is snug in winter and stunning in summer! With all mod-cons, Chicory Cottage is ideal for exploring the Cotswolds. We're on the edge of a small historic town, with countryside views from the garden. Malmesbury's pubs, restaurants and famous abbey are a short walk, or you can head in the other direction for a country hike. Or just make yourself at home in front of the cosy log-burner, work remotely with our super-fast wifi, or relax in the pretty garden.

Ashley Barn

The well appointed annexe apartment has its own entrance, parking outside and is self contained with king size bedroom, sitting room, kitchenette (please read below) and bathroom with a bath and separate shower. With glorious views across the fields to see horses, sheep and cattle grazing in the fields beyond. This annexe is quiet, comfortable and secluded, with tea and coffee provisions provided. The Vault

The Vault is a really special space, which we hope you can see from the photographs. It is a basement studio apartment with its own private entrance. It is quiet and cosy with underfloor heating and an ambient temperature all year round. This property is very central, making it easy to plan your visit. We are very close to the harbour and the property is on the famous Georgian Square, Queen Square. It feels like you have stepped into a film from Jane Austen as you come out of the building.

The Hideaway - With Large Courtyard Garden

The Hideaway is a modern ground floor one bedroom apartment in the heart of Tetbury. Recently renovated the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay including a fully fitted kitchen, smart TV and broadband. There is the added bonus of a large courtyard garden. Whether you are visiting for a weekend getaway, on business or visiting friends and family our apartment is perfect for every occasion. The unique shops, cafes and restaurants are on the doorstep for you to explore.

The North Transept

The North Transept is part of our converted Victorian Gothic church. We've done all the conversion ourselves - the high ceilings and beautiful Gothic windows make it a unique space. It's in a small hamlet in a beautiful hidden valley surrounded by fields; there's lovely walking from the door and lots of local wildlife including roe and muntjac deer, pheasants, red kites and owls. It's easy to get to a wide range of local attractions like Lacock and Avebury and only half an hour to Bath.

The Snug - central village location in Cotswolds

The Snug is a charming stone cottage resting centrally in Minchinhampton, Gloucestershire with a cosy gas fire, sleeping two people in one bedroom with a king-size bed. 1 medium sized dog welcome. If you are looking for an escape to the Cotswolds with lots of character, choose The Snug. Within a short walk you will find two wonderful coffee shops, a butcher, post office, convenience store and a great pub. Free onstreet parking is easy to find and just a short distance up the road.

Hello! We're Em and James! We live on the Chavenage Estate which is home to four generations of James’s family. We wanted to share our space, and our love of the outdoors with you here in the beautiful South Cotswolds. We love exploring the countryside so we have created our cabin in the woods for you to immerse yourself in nature, reconnect with each other and unwind with some simple luxuries.
