Our beautiful guest house is surrounded by stunning countryside - just waiting to be walked or cycled. It comfortably sleeps two (but has a travel cot for little ones) with an open plan kitchen and cosy living area, plus bathroom. Outside is a sunny garden area with table and seating. The space is really light with lots of windows and oak features. Lots of thought and love have gone into decor to make it a really lovely space. The apartment is separate from the main house and very private.

The Goose House

The Goose House is a private one bedroom cottage in the grounds of Brook Cottage, a small holding, which originates from the 17 th century. It is situated in an 'Area of outstanding natural beauty' and the delightful Leigh Brook runs through the grounds. It has gated access and plenty of parking. It has been renovated in 2024 and offers a comfortable stay. A welcome pack includes local fresh eggs, homemade jam and fresh coffee that we roast ourselves. We have super fast broad band too.

The Deer Leap is a beautiful, log cabin situated on our working farm beside our private woodland, which you have direct access to , overlooking one of our 3 lakes. The perfect tranquil getaway. Guests can explore our private grounds or take advantage of the many local footpaths, bridlepaths and village pubs in the area. Minnow Cottage is a beautiful 200 year old Cotswold cottage set on a little stream in the charming and quirky village of Chalford . Although petite in stature, the cottage oozes character with low ceilings and beams and has all the qualities needed if you are looking for a rural retreat or romantic break. There is a village shop and cafe all within a few minutes walk. The property has its own parking and all the amenities to make it a great base from which to explore the Cotswolds.
