Slide open oversized folding glass doors and let the fresh sea air pour in. This vintage Malibu Beach house is inches from the water, with private beach access and Dolphins, Sea Lions and Seagulls as your daily entertainment. Fall asleep on a deck lounger to the soothing sounds of the ocean waves reaching the shore. Sleeps 4 with a King bedroom and a second Queen bedroom. A full sized kitchen, bathroom and cozy interior lounge room compliment the expansive all hardwood Ocean Front Deck putting you directly in the gorgeous Pacific Blue Ocean for your Classic Malibu Getaway. Ocean Front Beach home on a private beach in Malibu California. A two story duplex, private home and yard on the ocean. Only the upstairs unit is for rent and is completely separate from the lower unit. This upstairs unit has an oversized deck with comfortable lounge and dining furniture, accompanied by the amazing view of the ocean. On the ocean level is a communal pathway which leads to a private beach with no public access. This gives you private beach walks as well as private surf in your backyard. There is an outdoor hot water shower, BBQ and the full use of kayaks, paddle boards and surfboards come with the rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed and the 2nd Guest Bedroom has a queen bed. There is a single mattress under the queen bed for kids or an extra guest. In the bathroom is a shower/bath, with laundry facilities included. The home has heating for the winter evenings and new over-sized window/door opening to the deck to let in that ocean breeze on those warm summer days. Also, the kitchen is completely furnished with all stainless steel appliances and dishwasher. The home is situated 15 minutes away from Santa Monica and 3rd Street Promenade. Only 20 minutes from Venice Beach. A short walk down the street leads you to the ocean front Hawaiian restaurant/bar Dukes, with a 5 minute drive to the town of Malibu there are more restaurants, retail and grocery stores. The world famous 'Surfrider' beach is only 5 minutes away, as well as the Malibu Pier. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are minutes away up Las Flores Scenic Canyon. Private surf and stand-up paddle board lessons for all ages are available out of this beautiful Malibu Ocean Front home as well as private massage and yoga on your ocean front deck. Send me a text and me or my property manager will respond promptly. The beach house is a short drive to Surfrider Beach and Malibu Pier, with restaurants and even more stunning views. A five-minute drive to downtown Malibu. Endless beautiful canyon drives and hikes are in nearby Las Flores Scenic Canyon. I have a strict no party policy. This is due to previous experience and would prefer to remain safe and not sorry. Any guests on the premises, beyond the agreed upon amount, will be an extra $150 per person, per calendar day/night, unless there is prior consent with the owner. Small events/gatherings are permitted ONLY when agreed upon prior to booking and is appropriately documented within the Airbnb rental agreement. Please call for more information.
