Beach-side house with amazing views

The amazing views and the closeness of the beach make our house perfect for a special holiday. It sleeps up to 5 people (a maximum of 4 adults is recommended) in three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed, the second a single bed and the third has a small double bed (120 cm x 190 cm). Fibre broadband with wifi. HD Smart TV with firestick Netflix and Amazon apps. Washing machine, drying racks, iron and ironing board. If you're travelling by public transport, the nearest railway station is in Penzance, just over 3 miles away. There's a regular bus service between Penzance and Marazion. Bed linen and bath and hand towels are included. Please bring your own beach towels.

The property is run as self check in style hotel rooms, all the rooms have private ensuite bathrooms, tea and coffee facilities, luxury bedding, wifi throughout and free onsite parking. Comfy bed, 48 inch smart LG TV, ensuite bathroom Cornish coffee and tea. Nespresso machine and pods supplied

Quiet, self contained annexe close to Marazion.

Tresten is a bright airy quiet house on a country road. It is one mile from Marazion, so please bear this in mind if you are on foot, I am always happy to pick you up from Marazion if I’m free. The bedroom has two single beds and is on the ground floor with its own private shower room. You will be using a separate entrance into your annexe so no need to come into the main part of the house. There is a well equipped kitchen with dining table and a comfortable sitting area with tv and armchairs.

Self contained annexe private door and own decking

Delightfully secluded self-contained annexe down a quiet country lane surrounded by beautiful Cornish countryside, close to the SW coastal path. Seaclusion offers a cosy bedroom, comfy double bed and en-suite shower room with toilet, basin and shower. While there is no formal kitchen, there is a microwave, mini fridge and Tassimo coffee machine for your use alone. In the little sideboard you will find plates, bowls, cutlery and salt & pepper shakers. Enjoy free Wifi and parking on the drive.

The Lifeboat

This unique glamping unit has been crafted here at Rosevidney Farm over the past 18 months. She is a former oil industry escape craft and when she came her in 2019 was still fully functioning with engine, seatbelts, emergency supplies etc. Now she sits in our Glamping meadow alongside our Safari Tents and Russian Truck. The lifeboat will sleep four in comfort with a King-size Bed and twin singles. There is an ensuite shower and loo, central heating as well as a handcrafted wood burning stove

A one bedroom self contained annex.

A one bedroom detached self contained annex with fully equipped kitchen, vaulted lounge area, separate bedroom, electric heating throughout , off street private parking, the annex can accommodate a family of four including two adults and children in the quiet hamlet of St Hilary Churchtown close to Marazion. Amenities include: Hot and cold water throughout the annex, Free WIFI, Flat screen T.V with freeview, Washing machine and dryer, (separate building). Private garden area for guest use.

Fantastic location sitting on the edge of the South West Coastal path at the top end of Marazion town.From the balcony this home enjoys uninterrupted sea views over Mounts bay and the famous St Michaels Mount.The Fire Engine pub is only a 5 minute walk. It only takes 15 minutes to walk down to St Michaels Mount and Marazion beach. Perranuthnoe beach is a 5 minute drive away/20 min coastal path walk. Praa Sands beach a further 5 min.
